Oceanside Pier. The bike wheels touch the wooden planks extending over the Pacific Ocean. Before us lie 3,000 miles of tarmac, 12 States, 175,000 feet of climbing, and endless physical and mental boundaries. This is where calculations, Excel sheets, training regimens, and theoretical plans end. The most extreme journey begins, guided by one single motto: **Go Solo, sgasiamo forte!**

1. The Meaning of "Go Solo"

Go Solo is not about pedaling in isolation, shutting out the world. It is about taking total ownership of one's destiny. It means that on the road of the RAAM, when pain flares in the muscles and sleep dims the vision, there are no excuses. The rider pedals alone, but is backed by a crew breathing, suffering, and celebrating in sync. The "solo" is the inner resolve, the "go" is the collective push.

2. Our Mission Manifesto

We tackle this race with a very clear mindset, a true action manifesto:

  • Absolute respect for the road:The United States is not conquered; it is traversed with humility and steel focus, adapting to winds and resisting storms.
  • Millimetric precision:Scientific details in nutrition, shift rotations, mechanics, and biomechanics are our only shields against failure.
  • Indissoluble trust:The crew shields the athlete; the athlete holds absolute trust in the crew. We are one.

3. Sgasiamo Forte!

And now, it is time to clip in and push hard. Our deepest gratitude goes to our sponsors, families, and all the fans following us mile after mile in this epic adventure. See you in Atlantic City on the Atlantic Ocean pier! **Tin bota burdèl, sgasiamo forte!**
